1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to Thalis’ Union. These terms and conditions govern your use of Thalis’ Union and the services offered by us. By using Thalis’ Union, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
2.1. Thalis’ Union provides a service that facilitates the delivery of fruits, shakes, juices and Thalis.
2.2. The delivery process includes procuring food items from vendors and delivering them to customers through our delivery personnel.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1. Customers must ensure that they have a functioning refrigerator for storing fruits after they’re delivered by us. Failure to do so will void any complaints about the quality of fruits.
3.2. Customers must report any spoiled or damaged food items within 30 minutes of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
4. Minimum Order Requirement
4.1. A minimum of six orders must be placed from the same location for the order to be processed. In case less than 6 orders are placed, a refund would be initiated, and a refund would be given to the customers who placed their orders.
5. Ordering and Payment
5.1. Orders can be placed by filling the Google form which would be rolled out by Thalis’ Union. Payment must be made through online bank transfers, and the customer must attach a screenshot of the payment in the Google form.
5.2. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they fill out the correct form and make payments through the official payment link provided by Thalis' Union. In the event that a customer makes a payment to someone else by clicking on a form link sent by another person or source, the customer shall be held liable for the money spent and not Thalis' Union.
5.3. The prices of items may vary and are subject to change without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the current prices on the form before placing an order.
6. Delivery
6.1. We aim to deliver orders in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary depending on various factors, and we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or individuals for any reason.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
7.1. Refunds will be issued for spoiled or damaged items reported within 30 minutes of delivery given that there was no carelessness from the side of the customer.
7.2. Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Cancellations made after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content related to Thalis’ Union, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Thalis’ Union and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Thalis’ Union, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1. We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review the Terms for any changes.
